An iron-bodied wok with a 3-layer titanium-alloy coating, applied by high-strength vacuum fusion. The surface handles temperatures up to 450°C and tolerates metal utensils without scratching, which is uncommon for a non-stick wok.

The non-stick property is physical, built into the titanium structure itself rather than a chemical layer that flakes over time. The formulation contains no PTFE, PFOA or PFAS, so high-temperature cooking won't transfer unwanted residues to your food. The defining feature is the micro-pressure system: a release valve in the lid combined with a silicone seal around the rim creates a slight pressure build-up inside the wok. In practice, cooking is faster, heat holds for a few minutes after the hob is switched off, and aromas stay in the dish rather than escaping. The micro-arc base concentrates oil at the centre, cutting down splatter onto the hob.

32cm diameter, 10cm depth, with a 20cm base for full contact on induction hobs. Suitable for 4 to 6 people, whether stir-frying, simmering, deep-frying or making soup. Compatible with all hob types including induction, gas and ceramic. The long phenolic wood handle is heat-treated to resist warping, and the side handle allows two-handed lifting when the wok is full, useful when transferring a hot dish. One thing to note: the lid tolerates 200°C maximum, so avoid leaving it directly over a high flame for extended periods. The coating's hardness allows metal utensils and dishwasher use, though hand-washing with a soft sponge is the better option for preserving the finish over time.
