At The Wok House, we ship worldwide. Please review the information below for details on processing times, delivery estimates, and shipping rates.
1. Order Processing
- Processing time: 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
- Order cutoff: orders placed before midnight (London time) are processed from the next business day. Orders placed after midnight are processed from the following business day.
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Delivery Times & Rates
Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch (not the order date). Total estimated time from order to delivery is 10–20 business days.

Secure Shipping includes cover for loss and theft during transit. If your parcel is lost or stolen, we will reship or refund the order at no additional cost to you.
3. Carriers
- United Kingdom: Royal Mail.
- Ireland: An Post.
- EU (Europe): local postal services.
- Canada: local postal services.
- Rest of World: local postal services.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you have not received tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
5. Address Modifications
If you need to modify your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee modifications once the order has entered processing.
6. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — please refer to our Return & Refund Policy instead.
7. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please:
- Take photographs of the packaging and the damaged item(s).
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@the-wok-house.co.uk with your order number and photographs.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
8. Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price or shipping cost. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering.
