Aluminium reaches cooking temperature quickly and spreads heat evenly across base and walls, so vegetables stay crisp and proteins sear well. Because the pan is light, you lift and toss it one-handed, even on a small hob.

Ready to use straight away

The wok is ready to cook with immediately, no seasoning ritual first. Cook with a splash of oil for best results. After cooking, clean it with a soft sponge under hot water; hand-washing keeps the surface looking its best longest. Use wooden or silicone utensils to protect the surface. The built-in pouring spout drains pasta or transfers soup without spills. The Bakelite handle stays cool throughout cooking, even over high heat.

Compact size

Available in 14 cm, 16 cm and 18 cm — each size a single portion, from a small bowl (14 cm) to a generous serving (18 cm). The deep, sloping walls of over 6 cm are made for stir-frying — this is not a flat frying pan. Rice noodles with egg, egg-fried rice, soup for one bowl, or a quick tofu dish all fit. Suited equally to those new to wok cooking and regular users.
