High-temperature ceramic wok
This non-stick wok pan is ready to use straight away, doesn't stick, and works on your induction hob, whether it's a standalone plate or a fixed induction surface. No seasoning, no fuss.
The aluminium alloy body with 430 stainless steel composite base heats quickly and distributes heat evenly, so there are no burnt patches. Stir-fried vegetables stay crisp, proteins sear properly, and you can cook with very little oil. The PTFE non-stick coating is ready to use from the first cook: a quick rinse and you're cooking, with no seasoning required. PFOA-free.
A shallow wok pan, not a deep traditional wok
This pan has lower sides than a classic deep wok. That's deliberate: the shallow shape makes stirring easier, lets you keep an eye on your dish, and helps moisture evaporate faster, so you get crisp stir-fried vegetables rather than steamed ones. If you're after a deep pan with high walls for tossing large quantities, a traditional wok is the better choice.
The base is 4–5mm thick depending on the diameter, and the coating handles temperatures up to 260°C (avoid overheating). It works just as well on a low heat for scrambled eggs as on a high heat for searing meat.
Compatible with gas, induction, electric and ceramic hobs. The 20cm suits a single portion, 24cm covers two, 26cm covers two to three, and the 28cm handles family cooking. The wood-effect Bakelite handle stays cool during use and feels secure in the hand. No lid included. Hand washing is recommended to preserve the coating over time; avoid metal utensils and don't heat the empty pan on high.
