High-temperature ceramic wok

Most non-stick coatings start to fail after two years of regular use. This one has been tested to 100,000 abrasion cycles, which puts it in a different category.

The aluminium alloy body with 430 stainless steel composite base heats quickly and distributes heat evenly, so there are no burnt patches. Stir-fried vegetables stay crisp, proteins sear properly, and you can cook with very little oil. The Daikin EK coating is made in Japan and applied in 8 layers: a mineral anti-wear layer, a functional non-stick layer, and a high-resistance anti-scratch layer. No PFOA, no PFAS.

The base is 4-5mm thick depending on the diameter, and the coating handles temperatures up to 450°C. It works just as well on a low heat for scrambled eggs as on a high heat for searing meat.

Compatible with gas, induction, electric and ceramic hobs. The 20cm suits a single portion, 24cm covers two, and the 28cm handles family cooking. The Bakelite handle stays cool during use and feels secure in the hand. No lid included. Hand washing is recommended to preserve the coating over time.

My order is incomplete, where are the missing items ?

If you've received your order with items missing, there are two possible reasons:

  1. We sent your items separately due to weight, size, or available stock reasons. Thank you for your patience, the rest of your order will arrive shortly!
  2. The remainder of your order was misplaced by the carrier, in which case please contact us via our contact form.

Please note that in 90% of cases, the missing products are delivered on average 5 to 7 days after the delivery of the first item.
