High-temperature ceramic wok
This non-stick wok pan is ready to use straight away, doesn't stick, and works on your induction hob, whether it's a standalone plate or a fixed induction surface. No seasoning, no fuss.
The aluminium alloy body with 430 stainless steel composite base heats quickly and distributes heat evenly, so there are no burnt patches. Stir-fried vegetables stay crisp, proteins sear properly, and you can cook with very little oil. The PTFE non-stick coating is ready to use from the first cook: a quick rinse and you're cooking, with no seasoning required.
The grey stone look is a finish, not ceramic
The speckled grey interior is a stone-effect finish applied over a PTFE non-stick coating. It isn't a ceramic coating and it isn't natural stone. What that means in practice: food releases easily, hand washing only, no metal utensils.
Two shapes in one range: shallow pan or true wok form
The 20, 26 and 28cm sizes are shallow wok pans with low sides (4.5 to 6cm deep). The shallow shape makes stirring easier, lets you keep an eye on your dish, and helps moisture evaporate faster, so you get crisp stir-fried vegetables rather than steamed ones.
The 24cm is deeper at 7.2cm and sits closer to the classic wok shape. Choose this one if you'd rather toss than stir and want more volume in the pan.

Choosing your size
Cooking for one or two and want a light pan that's easy to stir? Go for the 26cm. Want more depth for tossing? Choose the 24cm. For family cooking or when friends are round, the 28cm gives you more room. The 20cm is the size for a quick omelette or a one-pan dish.
Care
Hand washing is recommended to preserve the coating over time. Let the pan cool, then rinse with warm water and a soft sponge. Avoid metal utensils and don't heat the empty pan on high.
