When will I receive my order?
Processing your order, manufacturing the products and delivering them (free of charge) takes our team a maximum of 12 to 27 working days. We do our utmost to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our goods.

How much does delivery cost?
We deliver our products worldwide. There is no minimum order quantity and all our deliveries are free of charge.
My order is not complete
If your order includes more than one item, they may be sent separately, depending on stock availability and shipping warehouses. Don't worry, your package will arrive shortly.
I have not received my order
A problem with the Post Office? Lost, broken or destroyed parcel? With our secure delivery, our shop will take care of all disputes for you. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We do not pass the buck to the carrier and leave you to "fend for yourself". We take full responsibility by immediately sending you a new package at our expense. Do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail, our team will do its best to meet your expectations.

Can I change my order?
Yes, as long as your order is not "in process".
Can I cancel my order?
It is possible to cancel your order! If the order is already in progress, the cancellation fee will be 40% of the purchase price.
I wish to return an item
We are only able to accept returns if there is a proven defect in the product. However, if your products have any manufacturing defects, please send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) along with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
