Wok with lid
A Wok with lid for everyday cooking. Stir-fry vegetables on high heat one evening, simmer a stock on low the next, all with the same pan. The titanium surface contains no chemical coating that can flake or break down over time, so you cook with little or no oil whilst keeping vegetables crisp and proteins properly seared.
The body is iron with a titanium surface. The composite magnetic stainless steel base works on gas, induction, electric and ceramic hobs without an adapter. Easy to clean with water, inside and out.
The 20cm silicone handle includes a thermal dissipator and stays cool during cooking, even on high heat. Suitable for stir-frying, deep-frying, simmering and steaming.
Configurations vary by size. The 30cm comes alone or with lid, silicone spatula and sponge. The 32cm is available with lid, spatula and sponge, or with an added steamer basket. The 34cm offers four options: wok alone with side handles, with lid and accessories, or with steamer basket included.
