White Ceramic Wok

White ceramic wok built to stay on the hob, not hidden in a cupboard. The shell-shaped silhouette, white exterior finish and wooden handle make it presentable enough to leave out, but the build quality is what matters at the stove.

The thin iron body paired with a reinforced forged iron base heats up quickly and spreads heat evenly, avoiding burnt centres and cold edges. At 32cm wide and 12cm deep, it handles cooking for 4 to 6 people comfortably. The ceramic interior provides reliable non-stick performance without PFOA or PFAS, so no unwanted compounds end up in your food. It withstands temperatures up to 365°C, well above what stir-frying demands, and tolerates metal utensils without scratching, which is uncommon for ceramic coatings.

The 20cm wooden handle stays cool in hand, even over a high flame. The glass lid with matching wooden grip lets you monitor cooking without lifting it, useful for simmering, braising or steaming. Compatible with gas, induction and ceramic hobs (not suited to coil electric).
