The Poroshiri Wok With Glass Lid

Discover the Poroshiri, a wok made from solid carbon steel and built to last. Carbon steel is magnetic, so the wok is picked up immediately by your induction hob, and it heats fast for searing at high temperature.

No coating, just steel

The Poroshiri is solid carbon steel with no coating whatsoever: no non-stick layer, no PTFE, no PFAS. By seasoning the wok you build up a natural patina that improves with every use, so food releases more easily and you cook with less fat.

Compatible with all hobs, including induction

The Poroshiri works on induction, electric, gas and ceramic glass. Its flat base gives firm contact with the hob and stable heat transfer, including on induction. At 32 cm across the rim and 8.5 cm deep, it holds enough for 4 to 5 people without overhanging the cooking zone.

Handles and glass lid

The long wooden handle, together with a second wooden handle on the side, lets you lift the wok safely even when full — both handles stay cool during cooking. The included glass lid (tempered glass, stainless steel rim, wooden knob, steam vent) lets you monitor cooking without lifting the lid and without losing heat or moisture, handy for controlled steaming. Lid included, no extra accessory to buy.

Care: hand wash, dry immediately

⚠️ Hand wash only, never in the dishwasher. Rinse with warm water, dry the wok immediately and rub it lightly with a neutral oil. This prevents rust and protects the patina.

My order is incomplete, where are the missing items ?

If you've received your order with items missing, there are two possible reasons:

  1. We sent your items separately due to weight, size, or available stock reasons. Thank you for your patience, the rest of your order will arrive shortly!
  2. The remainder of your order was misplaced by the carrier, in which case please contact us via our contact form.

Please note that in 90% of cases, the missing products are delivered on average 5 to 7 days after the delivery of the first item.
