PFOA-free non-stick wok
PFOA-free non-stick wok for everyday healthy cooking. The honeycomb pattern is plasma-applied, meaning the micro-texture is bonded into the metal rather than sitting on top as a coating. Food releases easily, you can cook with little oil, and washing-up takes seconds with a sponge.
The aluminium construction is light and conducts heat well, so it comes up to temperature quickly and stays even across the surface. The 11.5 cm depth gives enough room for stir-frying, deep-frying or slow-cooking without food spilling over the sides. The wooden handle stays cool during cooking and sits comfortably in the hand. The lidded version suits braised dishes and covered cooking.
Available in 30 cm or 32 cm, with or without a tempered glass lid. Suitable for gas, induction, electric and ceramic hobs.
