Non-stick titanium induction wok
Non-stick titanium induction wok built to last. The titanium-alloy fusion surface gives physical non-stick performance without chemical coatings, and improves with use rather than wearing out. Sear beef and onions over high heat or brown vegetables with minimal oil, on a surface free from PTFE, fluorine and heavy metal migration.
The five-layer composite construction pairs a magnetic 430 stainless steel exterior with a conductive core for fast, even heating, and a 304 food-grade stainless steel interior. A light coating of oil before first use, then periodically thereafter, helps the surface develop over time — similar to forged iron, without the upkeep of seasoning.
The lid version includes a self-standing tempered glass lid with a stainless steel rim that stands upright on the worktop, keeping surfaces clean and saving space.
