Non-coated induction wok

Non-coated induction wok built to last decades. Quick to heat, even across the base, with thin walls and a reinforced bottom for searing meat or stir-frying vegetables with minimal oil. The surface improves with each use, much like traditional forged iron.

The body is pressed from 99.9% refined pure iron in a single piece with no welds, giving uniform walls and a thick base. The deep nitrogen nitriding treatment strengthens the surface naturally, with no chemical coating of any kind. Suitable for stir-frying, deep-frying, simmering and steaming.

The lidded version comes with a tempered glass cover with steam vent. A hanging loop at the end of the handle makes storage straightforward.

Care instructions

Hand wash in hot water and dry immediately after each use. Apply a thin layer of oil occasionally to maintain the surface. Avoid prolonged soaking.

If you've received your order with items missing, there are two possible reasons:

  1. We sent your items separately due to weight, size, or available stock reasons. Thank you for your patience, the rest of your order will arrive shortly!
  2. The remainder of your order was misplaced by the carrier, in which case please contact us via our contact form.
