Le Komaga – Durable non-stick wok

A non-stick wok built for everyday cooking. The aluminium body keeps weight down and responds quickly to heat changes. Inside, a Maifan stone coating with a sapphire finish (aluminium oxide, Al₂O₃) delivers reliable release with little oil, and contains no PTFE, PFOA or PFAS. The Maifan stone exterior adds a clean mineral finish that stands up to daily use.

Works on induction, gas, ceramic and electric hobs: the composite base has a magnetic under-layer for induction and spreads heat evenly across the pan, putting an end to scorched centres and lukewarm edges. No seasoning or burning-in needed — use it straight after the first wash.

Three sizes to match your household, with weights including the lid:

  • 28cm — 7.5cm deep — 1.4kg — 2–3 people
  • 30cm — 8.5cm deep — 1.5kg — 3–5 people
  • 32cm — 9.5cm deep — 1.65kg — 5–7 people

Depth gives you room to toss ingredients without losing them over the side. The heat-resistant bakelite handle stays cool and grippy even with a full pan, and the tempered glass lid has a steam vent and stands upright on its own, freeing up worktop space while you cook.

Hand wash with the supplied soft sponge — two minutes, and it keeps the coating in good condition far longer. A silicone spatula is included too.

My order is incomplete, where are the missing items ?

If you've received your order with items missing, there are two possible reasons:

  1. We sent your items separately due to weight, size, or available stock reasons. Thank you for your patience, the rest of your order will arrive shortly!
  2. The remainder of your order was misplaced by the carrier, in which case please contact us via our contact form.

Please note that in 90% of cases, the missing products are delivered on average 5 to 7 days after the delivery of the first item.
