Chef's Wok: Bare Forged Iron for All Heat Sources

A chef's wok in uncoated forged iron isn't something you throw away after two years. You maintain it, it improves with use, and it ends up cooking better than on day one. This 32cm model works that way.

Bare forged iron, no chemical coating. Before first use: heat it through, apply a thin layer of oil. Fifteen minutes. After that, the iron develops a natural non-stick surface with each use. Nothing else added.

The flat composite base makes it compatible with gas, induction and ceramic hobs. Heats up quickly. The 32cm diameter and 9cm depth give you room to work without spilling. Suitable for stir-frying, deep-frying, simmering, steaming and roasting. Weighs 1.3kg, light for forged iron.

The wooden handle is removable, fixed with a screw. Useful for storage and cleaning. Not oven-safe, not dishwasher-safe. Hand wash, dry immediately.

I don't have a tracking number, how can I get it ?

If you haven't received your tracking number, it could be for one of the following reasons:

  2. Your order confirmation email, which includes your tracking number, might be in your SPAM folder or another tab of your email inbox.
  3. You might have accidentally deleted the order confirmation email, in which case it should be in your email's trash folder.

My order is incomplete, where are the missing items ?

If you've received your order with items missing, there are two possible reasons:

  1. We sent your items separately due to weight, size, or available stock reasons. Thank you for your patience, the rest of your order will arrive shortly!
  2. The remainder of your order was misplaced by the carrier, in which case please contact us via our contact form.

Please note that in 90% of cases, the missing products are delivered on average 5 to 7 days after the delivery of the first item.
