410 Stainless Steel Non-Stick Wok
Most non-stick woks rely on a chemical coating applied to the metal. This one works differently. The 410 Stainless Steel Non-Stick Wok is physical, etched directly into the steel.
The body is made from magnetic 410 stainless steel, with a micro-precision honeycomb pattern etched on both sides. The cells create a 0.2mm gap between the surface and the food, and this physical suspension is what stops food sticking, without any chemistry involved. You cook with very little fat, vegetables stay crisp, proteins sear properly, and the surface doesn't wear out with use.
The 32cm size serves 2 to 4 people, the 34cm serves 2 to 5, and the 36cm serves 4 to 7. The riveted stainless steel handle has silicone inserts for a secure, comfortable grip, and the side handle helps when lifting a full wok.
