A 42-page PDF with 20 wok recipes by chef Nicolas Duchêne. Each recipe lists ingredients for four people and a step by step method.

Most of the book is curries and stir-fries: Thai beef curry, Sri Lankan fish curry with tomato, Kapitan chicken, Kung Pao chicken, mapo tofu, garlic and ginger prawns and Mongolian style lamb. There are also a few stews, such as beef stew with hoisin sauce and braised duck with mushrooms.

The e-book is free with every order from The Wok House. You receive the e-book by email after your order and can read it on a phone, tablet or computer, or print it.

Not very happy with the wok did all the first use instructions & food stuck & when washed was all discoloured it’s not worth $150 I have bought another one from another company & this one was cheaper & better quality your wok will be going in the bin
